Returns and Exchanges
PLEASE NOTE: The following policies DO NOT apply to CUSTOM ORDERS. Please see below for my policies regarding CUSTOM ORDERS! Thanks.
My General Refund Policies:
✔If you need to cancel an order, it must be canceled prior to shipment - once the item is shipped it cannot be canceled.
✔If you wish to return an item, please contact me with the reason for the refund, no longer than 3 days upon receiving the item.
✔If a product has been broken or damaged during the delivery, please send me a private massage and include pictures of your damaged item. I will respond quickly.
✔Return shipments costs are under the buyer's responsibility.
✔Please make sure to pack the returned item with an extreme caution, and provide me with a tracking number. In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during the shipment back to me, I will not be able to refund you. You will need to contact the shipping courier that you selected and file an insurance claim. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser through PayPal.
✔The refund will be sent through Paypal minus the shipment cost, once I receive the item back.

I'd love to work on a custom order with you, but before we jump in, please be 100% sure of your decision and please note the following refund policies.
✔ Custom Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
✔ Custom Orders cannot be returned for money back
✔ Custom Orders cannot be returned for a different item
✔ Custom Orders cannot be returned for credit in my shop
✔ Custom Orders cannot be returned for a change of heart
